Live on your site in four steps

One tag in your site’s head is the whole install. No tag manager, no build changes.

  1. 01

    Add your site

Enter your domain in the dashboard and Thravic creates a tracking ID for it.

  2. 02

    Paste the script

Copy one tag into your site’s head. There are instructions for HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Next.js.

    <script async src=".../tf.js"
      data-tracking-id="your-id">
    </script>
    Install guides
  3. 03

    Verify it

Thravic checks the script is live. Data appears within a few minutes of your first visitor.

  4. 04

    Find it and fix it

Replays, heatmaps and funnels show where people struggle. Ship a fix, then compare periods to see if it worked.

What you see once it's running

Every view below is the real dashboard, filled with sample data.

Watch the visit, not a summary of it.

Session replays play back clicks, scrolls and page changes as they happened. Form inputs are masked before anything leaves the browser, so you see where someone struggled without seeing what they typed.

Open replays in the demo

Find the step where people give up.

Define the steps of your signup or checkout. Thravic shows how many visitors reach each one and where the biggest drop happens.

Open funnels in the demo

See what gets clicked and what never gets seen.

Click maps show where attention lands on each page. Scroll depth shows how far down people actually get, so you know whether your call to action is above the drop.

Open heatmaps in the demo

A daily read on what changed.

Each day Thravic reports what moved on your site, ranks it by priority and suggests what to do about it. It flags drops and spikes that are out of the ordinary, forecasts traffic with a likely range, and tells you when an A/B test has a winner.

Your app, next to your website.

Add a React Native or Expo app and see its screens, sessions, versions and devices in the same dashboard. Paths, funnels and insights work the same way they do for your site.

An event is one thing a visit records: a page view, a click, a scroll milestone, an error or your own custom event. Paid plans don't renew on their own.

Questions

Will it slow my site down?

The script is about 6 KB gzipped and loads asynchronously, so your page renders without waiting for it. There is no tag manager and nothing to add to your build.

Can you see passwords or card numbers?

No. Every form input is masked in the browser before anything is sent, so a replay shows that someone typed in a field, not what they typed.

Do I need a cookie banner for Thravic?

Thravic sets no cookies; visits are counted with browser storage instead. It honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and consent mode can hold all tracking until a visitor opts in. Whether your site needs a banner also depends on your other tools and local law, so check with whoever looks after your privacy policy.

What counts as an event?

One thing a visit records: a page view, a click, a scroll milestone, a JavaScript error, or a custom event you send yourself.

What happens when I reach my event limit?

We email you at 80% and again at 100%, and keep collecting up to 120% so a busy month loses nothing while you decide. Past that, new events stop being stored until your allowance resets: at the start of each paid period, or each calendar month on the free plan. Everything already collected stays, and you can upgrade at any time.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

No. Payments are one-off: each one covers 30 days on a monthly plan or a year on a yearly one, and nothing is charged again unless you pay again. When a period ends you keep access for 3 more days, then the account moves to the free plan. Your data from the paid plan is kept for 90 days in case you come back.

How do I pay?

Prices are in naira and checkout runs through Paystack, from the billing page in your dashboard. The free plan needs no card.

Does it work for mobile apps?

Yes. The @thravic/react-native SDK works with React Native and Expo, including Expo Go. App screens, sessions, versions and devices appear in the same dashboard as your website, and you can run A/B tests in the app too.

Can I look around before signing up?

Yes. The live demo is the real dashboard filled with sample data, and it needs no account.
